Bear Cupboard Run - 5K and 10K Run, 5K Walk 7/17/10

 The Lakeland Pantry will sponsor its first annual Bear Cupboard Run on Saturday, July 17, 2010.  The race will begin and end at Torpy Park in downtown Minocqua taking place on the scenic Bearskin trail.  There will be a 1K Cubby Run for kids 12 and under, starting at 8:15 AM.  On-line pre-register until noon, Thursday, July 15, or register in person at Torpy Park Pavillion Friday evening from 5:00 - 7:00 and morning of the race starting at 7:00 AM.  On race day youth and adult t-shirts and "survival bags" will be available to the first 400 runners/walkers.  After the race enjoy music and  Picnic in the Park at Torpy Park.  All proceeds go to the Lakeland Pantry and Kids Against Hunger.
