The Nordic Museum’s 3rd Annual Run Like a Viking 5K will be held on July 14, 2018 starting at 9:00am. The Run Like a Viking 5k will kick-off the Nordic Museums’ 35th Annual Viking Day’s celebration (July 14th-15th).

Runners are encouraged to don their Norse seafaring attire for the first-ever Run Like a Viking 5K at the new Nordic Museum on 2655 NW Market St on Saturday, July 14. Gun time for the race is 9 a.m. and runners will be chip timed. Four legged friends welcome!  Prizes will be awarded on race day for best costume, overall winners (male & female) and top age group winner for both male and female.

Early registration is $30 per runner until May 31st and then increases to $35 per runner thereafter; race Day registration is available for $40. Runners who register prior to June 14th will receive a t-shirt. Packet pick-up will be available at the Nordic Museum’s admissions desk on Friday, July 13thfrom 10am-5pm.
