Rockin Tomahawk 5K and Half Marathon 6/9/12

The Rockin' Tomahawk 5K/Half Marathon and I Mile Fun Run is a professionally timed event that is a fairly flat and fast race suitable for all abilities. Both races will start out at SARA Park, located on the beautiful Wisconsin river in downtown Tomahawk. You will run through historic downtown Tomahawk as well as along the shores of Lake Mohawksin and across the Wisconsin river. Both courses consist of paved roads and wide packed trails, making this race unique and picturesque.

The Half Marathon will feature music throughout the course to entertain as well as to keep you motivated and " Rockin' " the entire 13.1 miles. At completion, back at SARA Park, entertainment will be provided at no cost. Also many food/beverage choices and other family activities will be available. So please block off the day and come join us in Tomahawk for what will sure to be a action packed and fun filled day of running and music.

New For 2012 Three person team category. Crystal trophy given for First place.

New For 2012 Five times on the Half Marathon course runners will pass live bands along with other locations with your favorite recorded motivating Rockin music.

New For 2012 Kids 1 mile fun run sponsored by Relay For Life. Participants ages 12 and under will have the opportunity to run for fun and begin a life of physical fitness. This race is free of charge and all race participants will recieve race ribbons.

8:00 AM start time for Half Marathon.  8:15 start time for 5K.  Packet pick-up starting at 6:30 AM at SARA Park.
